Jose Santos, riding Funny Cide, covered the 1 3/16 miles in a time of 1:55.61 on a good track.

Kentucky Derby winner Funny Cide has a chance to become the 12th Triple Crown winner in thoroughbred racing history after capturing the 128th Preakness Stakes on Saturday at Pimlico Race Course. Funny Cide, with Jose Santos aboard, covered the 1 3/16 miles in a time of 1:55.61 on a good track.

"The only machine I had today was the red horse I was riding," Santos said. Longshot Midway Road finished second, nearly 10 lengths behind, followed by Scrimshaw. Peace Rules, the third place finisher at the Derby, was fourth....Preview
